Mark Ruffalo, 51-year-old King of My Heart, Hottest of the Dads, Hunkiest of Hulks, is either a truly humble bag of bewilderment or wants a compliment real bad.
When the Avengers: Endgame actor appeared on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon, the host explained to him that a lot of people thought he and To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before star Noah Centineo looked alike.
Ruffalo wasn’t buying it. He made this (unimpeachable, adorable) face:
When Fallon showed him a smoldering photo of Centineo, Ruffalo said, “Wow, I wish I was that good looking.”
“You are that good looking!” Fallon said, reassuringly. “People even say that you sound alike.”
“Come on,” said Ruffalo.
Sounds like someone needs to go to a radical self-love workshop! I mean, he looks like this:
Right? Maybe he’s just feeling a little down on himself, fishing for a compliment. Well, here comes the Mark Ruffalo Compliment Generator. Mark Ruffalo, you are handsome. Mark Ruffalo, you are hot. Even his orthodontics #TBT is cute:
“He might be able to play my dad one day,” Ruffalo joked of his doppelganger. I guess nobody wants me to sleep tonight, because when Centineo found out about the conversation, he responded on Twitter with a cute jibe at his new familia:
If anybody needs me later, just show them this. Sorry!
The Avengers: Endgame trailer dropped today, showing several of the Marvel superheroes joining forces in their final fight against Thanos. Ruffalo will play Bruce Banner, a.k.a. big green guy the Hulk. The film will be in theaters on April 26. Watch the trailer below:
